Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IVORI ("IVORI," "we," "us"), operated by MozeX LLC, collects, uses and shares information when you visit ivori.dental (the "Site"), join our notification list, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Notification list: your email address and, if you choose, your professional role (for example General Dentist, Endodontist, Oral Surgeon, Hygienist, Student, Other).
  • Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send.

Information collected automatically:

  • Our website platform (Lovable) provides basic analytics. It sets a session cookie (`session-id`, which expires after about 30 minutes) and uses your browser's local and session storage to count visits and understand how the Site is used. It may record information such as pages viewed, referring page, browser and device type, and approximate timing of visits.
  • Our hosting and security providers may log technical information such as IP address and browser details, for security and to deliver the Site.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

2. How we use information

  • To send you launch updates and news about Lucent and IVORI, if you joined the notification list.
  • To respond to your messages.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the Site secure and comply with law.

Joining the notification list does not reserve a product, create an order or require payment.

3. Email communications (CAN-SPAM)

If you join the notification list, we will email you about IVORI and Lucent. Every marketing email will identify IVORI, include our postal address, and have a working unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing [info@ivori.dental]. We will honor opt-out requests promptly, and within 10 business days.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law). We share information only:

  • with service providers that help us run the Site, store data, and send email (for example our website/hosting platform [Lovable / GoDaddy] and our email provider [Microsoft]), who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. Retention

We keep notification-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for launch communications. We keep contact-form messages as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work.
  • California residents: depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to us, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [info@ivori.dental] with the subject "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent.
  • Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
  • If you're outside the US, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Children

The Site is intended for dental professionals and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in California), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required.
